Loss of power shortly after takeoff with subsequent stall and spin, Damyns Hall Aerodrome, Upminster, Essex, 4 April 2023

This statement provides an update on the ongoing AAIB investigation into an accident involving a Jabiru UL450 that suffered a loss of engine power shortly after takeoff from Damyns Hall Aerodrome, Essex.  The loss of power resulted in a stall and subsequent spin.

The investigation into this accident has been completed and the investigation report will be published in the near future.
