An investigation into an accident which occurred on 13 July has begun

The AAIB has started an investigation into an accident involving an aircraft near Southend Airport which occurred 13 July. A multi-disciplinary team including inspectors with expertise in aircraft operations, human factors, engineering and recorded data are at the accident site gathering evidence.
