The Civil Procedure Rule Committee will be hosting a webinar on 8 October 2020 at 5pm to discuss changes to the Civil Procedure Rules, which come into force on 1 October 2020. The committee will introduce the new ‘one stop’ procedural code for all contempt of court proceedings in the civil courts, in the revised Civil Procedure Rules Part 81.
