The Civil Service is in top 5 in the Times Top 100 graduate employer’s list for 2013 to 2014. We have now opened for applications to join the Civil Service graduate Fast Stream programme.
Successful applicants will get the opportunity to change the culture of an organisation with hundreds of thousands of employees, influence the political landscape and work in interesting, challenging roles with real responsibilities from day 1.
The 3 year programme is made up of 2 placements: in a policy/corporate role and in an operational role. One placement will be as an HR Business Partner, where you could be partnering an area of several hundred staff.
The scheme also provides full support to getting a membership of the Chartered Institute for Professional Development through an accredited masters, as well as a competitive salary.
