UK Competition Network launches pages on GOV.UK

The UKCN is a forum of the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and all the UK regulators that have powers to apply competition law in their sectors concurrently with the CMA. The network aims to encourage stronger competition for the benefit of consumers and to prevent anti-competitive behaviour in the regulated industries.

A group of documents has also been published, explaining how competition law will be applied in the regulated sectors.
