A new and updated version of the Criminal Bills Assessment Manual is now available.
The new manual reflects changes to prison law scope and changes introduced following the ‘Anti Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014’. Also, a number of other minor amendments.
This version supersedes previous versions and should be used from 1 February 2016.
