Information needed about PCT estate charitable assets
The Department is trying to establish what 'estates assets' (ie land and buildings, equipment, investments and cash) are currently held by or on behalf of PCTs on trust ahead of the proposed abolition of PCTs.

David Flory, Deputy NHS Chief Executive, has written to PCT Cluster Chief Executives requesting information by 17 February 2012.

Read the letter Charitable assets relating to the PCT estate and related assets and the donated assets addendum to the announcement of 4 August 2011, on the future ownership and management of estate in the ownership of Primary Care Trusts in England.
