The IESD Fund for year 5 was open from 25 June 2012 and closed on 21 September 2012. All awards from April 2013 are subject to the approval of budgets as part of business planning by the Department of Health.
The Innovation, Excellence and Strategic Development Fund (IESD) was set up to provide funding to support proposals in the health and care field. Organisations were asked to submit applications on how their proposals would support and drive forward new ideas, disseminate and replicate excellence or undertake strategic developments in the voluntary sector with regard to health and social care.
The IESD Fund will re-open for applications in Summer 2013.
