NHS Standard Contract publication passes to the NHS Commissioning Board

The responsibility for the preparation and publication of the NHS Standard Contract has passed from the Department of Health to the NHS Commissioning Board.

The 2013/14 NHS Standard Contract was published on 4 February 2013 on the NHS Commissioning Board website together with supporting documentation and a link to the eContract platform.

Previously published NHS Standard Contracts will remain available from the Department of Health website.
