Payment by results quality and outcomes indicators report published.

This report describes the progress made to date in responding to the request from the National Project Board for Mental Health Payment by Results (PbR) to develop an approach that ensures quality indicators and outcome measures are an integral part of the PbR process, and in particular that they encourage the correct incentives.
