Further details regarding 2010/11 performance-related pay awards for staff covered by the Pay Framework.

NHS Chief Sir David Nicholson has provided further details regarding 2010/11 performance-related pay awards for staff covered by the Pay Framework for Very Senior Managers.

His letter explains that no more than 25% of staff should receive a performance payment and describes how the process should be followed with regard to elgibility, assessment and calculation of amounts in light of the two-year pay freeze for all public sector staff announced by the Coalition Government.
