Planning assumptions for pandemic influenza preparedness
The Scientific Pandemic Influenza Advisory Committee (SPI) has published correspondence between the Government's Chief Scientific Adviser (GCSA) and the Department concerning the derivation of planning assumptions for pandemic influenza preparedness based on the "reasonable worst case".

The documents  also include a record of the meeting between GSCA’s Blackett Group on “high impact, low probability” events and the modelling sub-group of SPI.
