The decision of the Pharmaceutical Price Regulation Scheme Dispute Resolution Panel on the matter brought before it by the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry is published.

It concerned the Department’s interpretation of the Dispute Resolution Panel’s decision of 27 May 2011, in the case of the Department of Health and GlaxoSmithKline UK Limited.
