Letter from David Flory concerning winter planning and reporting.

The Department has published a letter from David Flory, Deputy Chief NHS Executive, and David Behan, Director General for Social Care, Local Government and Care Partnerships, setting out preparations for winter planning and reporting, which will run from 1 November 2011 to the end of February 2012

The letter also contains revised guidance in order to help with timely and effective completion of daily situation reporting.
