Regulations laid for clinical commissioning groups
The National Health Service (Clinical Commissioning Groups - Disapplication of Responsibility) Regulations 2012 sets out those persons and circumstances where a clinical commissioning group is not responsible where it otherwise would be.

The NHS Commissioning Board and Clinical Commissioning Group (Responsibilities and Standing rules) Regulations 2012 set out the healthcare services that will be commissioned by the board and specify the categories of people for whom CCGs will commission services. They also set out certain financial matters for the Board, and the standing rules regulations.
