Smokers reminded about help available to quit
Smokers are today being reminded to pick up an NHS Quit Kit to help them stop smoking.

The NHS Quit Kit, which is available free from thousands of pharmacies across England, was developed by experts, smokers and ex-smokers, and contains practical tools and advice to help smokers quit smoking for good.

To find your nearest Quit Kit pharmacy stockist, text SEARCH and your postcode to 88088 or search online on the Smokefree website, which also gives help and advice on quitting smoking.

You can watch the TV ads below and read more about the Quit Kit campaign:

End of tobacco displays

Last week, large shops in England were reminded that they will need to cover tobacco products from view by 6 April.

Ending open cigarette displays will help protect young people from promotion of smoking, support adults trying to quit smoking and help change attitudes and social norms around smoking.
