The Contact Centre will be closed from Friday 29 March to Monday 1 April.
Please note, from Tuesday 2 April our Contact Centre operating hours will be Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (except public holidays).
Core DBS services and turnaround times for DBS checks and barring decisions will not be affected, and employers and customers should continue to access our services as normal.?
Online services such as the?Update Service?and?online tracking?will also be available as usual.
