Crime news: revised fee guidance for Crown Court work

Crown Court fee guidance and local bar travel allowances have been updated.

Our Crown Court fee guidance has been updated to reflect the introduction of Better Case Management and the R v Jagelo (2016) costs decision.

The list of local Bar travel allowances has also been revised to show current train fares and distances.
