Your CWA claim will be handled more efficiently if you make submissions as close as possible to beginning of each month.
Addressing issues early
The submission window runs from the 1st until the 20th of each calendar month.
If you send us your submission early in the window we will have more time to address any issues and offer you support.
Why is this a problem?
We experience a significant increase in submissions for reporting controlled work matter starts and outcomes in the days leading up to the 20th of each month.
The later you leave your submission the more difficult it becomes for us to respond quickly and deal with queries before the window closes.
In February 2017 we received twice the amount of calls in the second half of the month compared to the first half of the month. In fact, more than a quarter of the month’s calls were received on the 20th.
