You need to use version v1.19 of the bulkload spreadsheet for claims in CWA.
This is now available for you download on GOV.UK and will enable you to enter the submission year as ‘2017’.
The new updated CWA spreadsheet replaces v1.18 which should no longer be used for submission claims.
