The deadline to submit CRM12 applications to gain slots on the duty solicitor rota is 23.59 on 12 February 2016. This deadline is for rotas running from 1 April 2016 to 30 September 2016.
Providers who have not previously submitted a CRM12 will need to provide a copy of the Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme (CLAS) certificate. This should be sent with their CRM12.
Remember to notify us by 12 February 2016 if a duty solicitor has given formal notice of ending their employment.
Late applications will not be accepted.
