Today, we have published our accident investigation report into the capsize and sinking of the stern trawler Angelena (BM271) approximately 8 nautical miles south-east of Exmouth on 18 June 2021. The crew were rescued by a nearby safety boat.
A safety flyer to the fishing industry has also been produced with this report.
