Two fatalities following the loss of control of a powerboat near Little Thatch Island, British Virgin Islands.

Today, we have published our fatal accident investigation report involving the offshore powerboat Awesome on 2 October 2022.

The report, available via this link, contains details of what happened and subsequent actions taken.

A safety flyer to the recreational craft industry and pleasure craft owners and users has also been produced with this report.
