Fatal man overboard from fishing vessel Enterprise, 16nm north of Dogger Bank in the North Sea.

Our accident investigation report into the investigation of the fatal man overboard from the stern trawler Enterprise (PD147) while north of Dogger Bank, North Sea on 9 July 2015 is now published.

The report, available via this link, contains details of what happened and the subsequent actions taken.

A safety flyer for the fishing industry has also been produced summarising the accident and detailing the safety lessons learned.
