Fatal man overboard from a potter on Loch Torridon off Ardheslaig, Scotland.

Our accident investigation report on the fatal man overboard from the fishing vessel Fram of Shieldaig on 7 August 2018, is now published.

The report, available via this link, contains details of what happened, the subsequent actions taken and recommendation made.

A safety flyer to the fishing industry summarising the accident and detailing the safety lessons learned, has also been produced.
