Today, we have published our accident investigation report into the collision between Guiding Light (H 90) and Guiding Star (H 360) during a routine fish transfer on 6 October 2022. The collision resulted in the flooding and sinking of Guiding Star.
A safety flyer to the fishing industry has also been produced with this report.
