Capsize of a singled-handed fishing vessel off Plymouth Sound, England with the loss of 1 life.

Our accident investigation report on the fatal capsize of the fishing vessel Laura Jane on 7 May 2018, is now published.

The report, available via this link, contains details of what happened, the subsequent actions taken and recommendation made.

A safety flyer to the fishing industry summarising the accident and detailing the safety lessons learned, has also been produced.
