Fatality of a shore worker while disembarking from passenger vessel Oldenburg in Ilfracombe Harbour.

Our accident investigation report into the fatal injuries sustained by a shore worker when he became trapped between the hull of the passenger vessel Oldenburg and a vertical fender as he attempted to disembark the vessel on 3 August 2015, is now published.
