Today, we have published our fatal accident investigation report after the skipper from the single-handed creel fishing vessel Saint Peter (LH22) was recovered from the water on 2 May 2021.

A safety flyer to the fishing industry summarising the accident and detailing the safety lessons learned, has also been produced.
