Our accident investigation report into the serious head injury sustained by a deckhand on board the twin rig prawn trawler Sea Harvester in the Firth of Clyde, Scotland on 3 August 2016 is now published.
A safety flyer for the fishing industry summarising the accident and detailing the safety lessons learned has also been produced.
