Grounding and flooding of the fishing vessel St Apollo in Inninmore Bay, Sound of Mull, Scotland.

Our accident investigation report into the grounding and flooding of the 17m scallop dredger St Apollo on 24 August 2015 is now published.

The report, available via this link, contains details of what happened and the subsequent actions taken.

A safety flyer for the fishing industry summarising the accident and detailing the safety lessons learned has also been produced.
