Disappearance and rescue of fishing vessel Water-rail in the North Sea.

Our accident investigation report into the disappearance of the small fishing vessel Water-rail, and its subsequent rescue is now published. The incident occurred between 20 and 22 May 2014 in the North Sea.

The report, available via this link, contains details of what happened, the safety lessons and recommendations made.
