Panel of independent experts publish findings into crab deaths

The Marine Management Organisation (MMO) is aware that the report from the Crustacean Mortality Expert Panel has now been published.

The panel’s full report, and the evidence gathered for the report, is available on GOV.UK.

Following publication of the report, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) released a press statement and the Environment Secretary also made a Written Ministerial Statement (WMS), setting out Defra’s response to the panel’s report.
