Law Society application to cease as a recognised professional body for insolvency practitioners

The Law Society has applied to the Secretary of State for Business to give up its status as a recognised professional body for insolvency practitioners.

The attached notice has been placed here in accordance with Section 391N(3) of The Insolvency Act 1986.
