Political parties encouraged to continue working together to reach agreement

Secretary of State commented:

I encourage the parties to continue to work towards an agreed way forward on these divisive issues, as part of wider efforts to build a united and shared society. I wish them well in the coming days and thank Dr Haass and his team for agreeing to continue with these negotiations in the run-up to Christmas.
