Secretary of State the Rt Hon Owen Paterson MP today visited the Lord Mayor of Belfast Councillor Niall Ó Donnghaile at Belfast City Hall. The Secretary of State and Mrs Paterson took tea with the Lord Mayor in the Parlour before touring the recently renovated City Hall.
