Villiers welcomes significant explosives find in Co Fermanagh

Secretary of State Theresa Villiers MP has congratulated security forces on the arrest and search operation in Co Fermanagh, focused on Dissident Republican activity.

Speaking earlier this evening, Ms Villiers said:

I welcome the efforts of the PSNI which has resulted in a significant find of explosives and other terrorist materiel. Their actions have undoubtedly saved lives and have made Northern Ireland a safer place
