Online application to provide childcare updated for new legislation

Ofsted has updated Ofsted Online for the requirements of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015.

The online application to provide childcare is now available once more. You can access guidance after logging into Ofsted Online.

Ofsted has now updated the Ofsted Online site in line with the requirements of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 as the Act affects childcare provision.
