Speaking about the appointment of a new human resources director, Sellafield Ltd Chief Executive Martin Chown, said:
With visible leadership as one of my priorities, I am delighted to announce that I have appointed Gaenor Prest as our new HR director.
Gaenor will be in post at the end of June 2020.
Gaenor will be a strong presence on the executive, and her experience from her HR and transformation roles in the nuclear, infrastructure and other highly regulated industries will help us move at pace to continue to improve what we do and how we do it.
I would like to thank Steve Bostock for his management of the HR directorate over this interim period.
