Sellafield Ltd has today announced the preferred bidder for the Operations Site Works (OSW) framework as OneAIM, a joint venture comprising AmecFosterWheeler and Interserve.
The OSW framework is designed to provide engineering support services to our reprocessing plants and associated facilities and replaces the MDSW and SWAC frameworks which were due to expire in May and June 2017. It will provide one consolidated delivery vehicle with a focus on safe, predictable and cost efficient delivery.
The OSW is a standalone framework that complements the existing strategic contracts in place: the Decommissioning Delivery Partnership (DDP) and the Infrastructure Strategic Alliance (ISA).
We will now enter a 10 day legal standstill period.
