UK Export Finance (the operating name of the Export Credits Guarantee Department), along with the export credit agencies (ECAs) of France and Germany has appointed a panel of four law firms to act as their advisers in new Airbus aircraft transactions involving ECA supported financing following an open competition advertised in the Official Journal of the EU.
The selected law firms are (in alphabetical order) Allen & Overy, Norton Rose, Watson Farley Williams and White & Case.
The composition of the Panel will be reviewed periodically.
