We wish to make wholesalers, retailers and pet owners aware that Johnsons Veterinary Products have initiated a Class II recall for Johnson’s 4Fleas 11.4mg Tablets for Cats & Kittens, 6-tablet pack (D083) Vm 00879/4060.
The reason for the recall is that some units in the batch intended for cats and kittens have been packed in incorrect cartons of 4Fleas Tablets for Dogs (D085) Vm 00879/4062.
These cartons will contain the lower strength 11.4 mg tablets for cats and kittens and there is a possibility that the product will be ineffective for dogs. This recall is only for batch number E154176, 6-tablet packs.
Johnson’s Veterinary Products is contacting wholesale dealers to examine inventory immediately and quarantine products subject to this recall.
