You will be part of the VMD’s Quality team. This is one of our specialist teams within the Pharmaceuticals section, part of the VMD’s Authorisations Division.
You will assess quality data submitted in support of applications for the authorisation of pharmaceutical products, and play a major role in assuring the quality, safety and efficacy of animal medicines.

Role
The main role of the team is to :
- assess chemistry and pharmaceutical data submitted by companies in support of their applications for new marketing authorisations for veterinary medicines
- consider applications to vary existing authorisations
- consider applications to conduct clinical trials
- support the delivery of the VMD’s International strategy
You may manage and develop quality assessors in the Quality Team.
