Role

The Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) leads governmental decision-making for AMR in animals in England. We have a dedicated AMR Surveillance & Evidence team to ensure we understand, detect, and respond to AMR risks effectively, and make evidence-based policy decisions.

This exciting new role will bring additional veterinary and epidemiological expertise to this team, as we deliver on Defra’s commitments in the UK National Action Plan.
