This highlights report provides details of how the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) performed in the Civil Service People Survey.

The results of the 2016 Civil Service People Survey show that our staff rate the VMD highly. Our engagement index (the survey’s measure of those areas that most shape our experiences at work) is 67% this year. Our response rate is 92% – up from 85% in 2015. This put us top of organisations with between 100 and 399 people.
