As part of our continued commitment to improvement, we are undertaking our biennial Customer Satisfaction Survey of Marketing Authorisation Holders, Manufacturers, and Wholesale Dealers.
We have commissioned MG&A, an independent marketing and market research consultancy which specialises in the veterinary industry.
A qualitative part of the survey will begin during September 2023 and will consist of one-to-one interviews with Marketing Authorisation Holders. If invited by MG&A to take part, we would be grateful if you could spare some time to provide us with feedback. We envisage the discussion would last approximately 45 minutes to an hour and would be scheduled at a time and date that is convenient for you.
The second phase will comprise a quantitative survey open to everyone. We will let you know when this is available.
