YJB response to HMIP report on youth offending team role in Troubled Families Programme
The Youth Justice Board for England and Wales (YJB) welcomes the HM Inspectorate of Probation report ‘The contribution of Youth Offending Teams to the work of the Troubled Families Programme in England’.

We were encouraged that the report highlights how youth offending teams (YOTs) are significant and effective contributors to this programme, as there is a close alignment between the objectives of the Troubled Families programme and the work of YOTs.

The YJB will continue its efforts to support YOTs to contribute effectively to the delivery of the Troubled Families Programme locally.
