Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (OFQUAL)
Ofqual is the regulator of qualifications, examinations and assessments in England and of vocational qualifications in Northern Ireland. Ofqual ensures that learners get the results they deserve and that the qualifications they receive count, both now and in the future.
Established in April 2010 under the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009.
