Office of Water Services (Ofwat)
Ofwat ensures that the water and sewerage companies in England and Wales carry out their functions and can finance them. Ofwat limits the prices that these companies can charge and monitors the levels of service that they provide to their customers.
As from 1 April 2014 remuneration of Chair increases to 120,000 to reflect enhanced responsibilities.
