Treasury Solicitor's Department
The Treasury Solicitor's Department provides litigation and advisory services to Government departments and other publicly funded bodies in England and Wales. It also administers the estates of people who die intestate with no known kin and the beneficial assets of dissolved companies.
TSOL is also an Executive Agency. The position of Chair of the Board and Chief Executive are held by the same person so the Chair information has been left blank with only the Chief Executive information listed. CE remuneration is 12/13 salary. As at 31 Dec 13, there are 4 non executive appointments to the board.
